Vogt CE was the program manager for the design of a 20,300 SY concrete apron expansion that will increase the parking capacity by 50% to accommodate a total of twelve C-130J aircraft maintained and operated by the 153rd Airlift Wing.

As the program managers, we were also responsible for leading the design and construction phase of the rehabilitation of 10,800 SY of an existing concrete apron that was in poor condition.

Both projects met the design budget with following procurement and bidding phases.
